    Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Typically, orders will be delivered within 5-7 business days. Remote locations may take slightly longer.
  4. Shipping Charges:
    We offer free standard shipping on orders above INR 2,500. For orders under INR 2,500, a flat shipping fee of INR 150 will be charged.
  5. Packaging:
    Your Luka Luxury fragrance will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We use high-quality, eco-friendly packaging materials to minimize environmental impact.
  6. Tracking Orders:

Return and Exchange Policy:

  1. Returns:
    Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns for opened or used perfumes. However, if the product is unopened and in its original condition, you may return it within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  4. Non-Returnable Items:
    Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used perfume bottles, as well as products that have been altered or damaged by the customer.

    Once the return is approved and the item is received back at our warehouse, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
